Land Consolidation

Kingsmen has successfully consolidated the fragmented ownership in the historic brownfield mining Sierra de Almoloya district

The Almoloya brownfield project is located  in the Sierra de Almoloya district within the north-east portion of the Central Mexican Silver Belt, the project includes  the past producing Cigarrero Mine and Las Julietas Mine. Historically exploited the Cigarrero Mine is said to have produced >1,250,000 tonnes ore at grades 12gmt/Au, 25oz/t Ag, >60%Pb, >25%Zn ( Anglo American Exploration (Canada)Ltd 2002 Report.

The Julietas mine produced from the beginning of the 20th century until the economic depression of 1929 and more recently by artisanal miners.

While major mining companies have worked in the area (Hemlo, Kennecott, Teck, Frisco, Anglo Mining), no one company has controlled all the claims collectively.

The project presents district wide potential for large CRD deposits with near surface oxide potential.

Kingsmen Resources is the first junior to consolidate/explore this district in the past 25 years, and has an eight-year option to earn 100% interest,  no significant payments until year 5, total purchase price of USD$8,625,000.
